In 2015, since further expansion, DHQCZ has untaken the job for opening preparation and operation of Da Hengqin Superior Talent Residence. For more than half a year of preparation, the Superior Talent Residence of the first phrase will officially launch the trial operation on January 1, 2016.

Da Hengqin Superior Talent Residence is a unique hotel-style apartment which is designed by prominent architects and interior designers cover an area of 120000 square meters with facilities of  accommodation, conference, restaurant and sauna etc. Among them, the first phase has 134 comfortable residence and rooms with various styles and perfect facilities, which meet the guest accommodation, leisure, business, social, and other diverse needs.

The residence is located in the Southeast corner of the Integrated Service Area in Hengqin New Area, a superior position with convenient traffic, in which only 3 minutes can arrived Hengqin Port and reach Macau. Moreover, it takes only 30 minutes to drive to Jiuzhou Port, so round trip between Hong Kong and Zhuhai is very convenient.
